BOSTON, Mass.
- The Emerson women's soccer team enters a quiet week looking for a fresh start coming off a week that saw the Lions drop two straight. In the Lions' lone game of the week, they head down to Wesleyan (Conn.) for a non-league meeting starting at 4:30 p.m. 


A LOOK BACK 

  • Dropped two straight contests to see overall record slip to 6-3, 1-1 
  • In Tuesday's Charles River Cup matchup against neighboring Lesley, Emerson got a goal from freshman Alexa Ingersoll (Oakland, Calif.) in the 79th minute, but a goal by Lesley with 14 seconds on the clock set the Lions back, 2-1
  • Another Ingersoll goal gave the Lions an early 1-0 lead over Springfield this past Saturday before the Pride tallied a pair of unanswered goals in its second 2-1 loss
