Lion of the Week

Quinton Copeland (#1) is a junior outfielder/right hand pitcher on the Emerson Baseball team. 

In the midst of an 8-8 lock and one out in the bottom of the eighth inning, Copeland's lifted his first homer of the season over the right field fence, contributing two runs in the Lions' seven-run frame that ultimately led to a 14-8 victory over the Coast Guard Bears on Saturday. 

Copeland hails from Houston, Tex.
